Our membership- based plan creates a community protection fund designed to:

Cover rent payments more than 21 days past due

Advocate on your behalf with landlords
Purpose & Scope
The plan provides a one-time emergency payment to bridge a 60-day financial gap once every 18 months (if applicable), helping to prevent permanent damage to your credit and rental history.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

90-Day Vesting Period: No payouts are available during the first 90 days of membership.

Income Verification: At least one household member must be employed or have a verified start date.

Good Standing: Membership dues must be paid in full and on time.
Triggered Events: Payouts must be supported by documented hardship, such as medical emergencies, involuntary job loss, or critical repairs.
Payout & "Stay" Process

Notice Submission: Provide a "Pay or Quit" notice or delinquency email to rentallocators@yahoo.com.

Landlord Agreement: We will internally handle a Forbearance Agreement with your landlord to waive late fees and halt eviction for 30 days.

Direct Disbursement: Payment is made via ACH or certified check directly to the Tenant along with a time stamped copy of payment forwarded to your landlord.

Your Tenant Protection Service Plan is absolutely worth every penny! My wife came across your advertising brochure on social media and was adamant about purchasing it as I was skeptical. Several months after purchasing the plan, I was involved in a motorcycle accident which required me to have back surgery and be off work for over 3 months.
